I’m an experienced IT Support Engineer at Maytech Technologies, with a strong background in resolving hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices. Currently, I work at Maytech Technologies, where I manage end-user devices using Hexnode UEM, perform Microsoft 365 administration (user setup, MFA resets, licensing, mailbox support), and contribute to process documentation and device lifecycle management.
Previously, I served as an L1 IT Support Engineer at VFS Global (via Dezign Intelligence), where I delivered first-line technical support.
